Project Management

We provide project management services on construction projects from feasibility stage through to design, procurement and site supervision for public authorities and private clients.

We are flexible in the way we work and adapt to your procedures and systems.  We often use the methodology promoted by the Association for Project Management (APM) as we consider this to be more flexible than other approaches. We use a variety of project management software including Microsoft Project.

For feasibility studies, if the work you need can be specified or otherwise defined we would be pleased to provide you with a fixed price quotation. Otherwise, we can work for agreed hourly rates, normally based on an estimate of the amount of work required. We offer very competitive prices, often less than half that of medium and large consultancies.

We have managed a large variety of public authority and private sector projects which were usually, but not always, construction-related.  This includes car parks, drainage schemes, amenity areas, buildings and other structures of many kinds. We often combine our project management role with other project roles such as Client, Principal Designer and other roles under the CDM Regulations.  We are used to working with other construction professionals such as Architects, Surveyors, M&E Engineers and Quantity Surveyors.
